Each session is 30 minutes long. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm up and get ready — your session will begin at your booked time. Sessions will start and end on time to keep the schedule fair for all participants. No extensions or refunds for late arrivals or missed sessions. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
