Part of the Stronger for 2021 Program. In order to get maximum results in the 5 weeks, what we eat and fuel our body will make a huge difference. So here is the challenge for the next 5 weeks, 1. Drink Lots of Water (At least 2 litres). Recommend having a bottle with you at all times as a reminder. 2. No Artificial Sugar. This one is hard for some but if you can do it its totally worth it. Does not meet you cant have sweet stuff. Raw Honey, Fruits, Stevia is still okay. 3. Min 800g of Vegetable DAILY. If you fill up on Vege, and your body will thank you for it.
